This is a work created as an homage to a scene from writer Park Sun-young's book Europe Hotel Traveling. Before starting, I thought carefully about how to visually capture the unique atmosphere of European hotels and the sensibility the author brought to the page. I paid particular attention to color, wanting to preserve both the coziness of the spaces and the romance found in those fleeting travel moments.
