박선영 작가님의 책 <유럽 호텔 여행> 속 한 장면을 오마주한 작업입니다. 작업을 시작하기 전에 유럽의 호텔이 가진 고유한 정취와 작가님이 담아낸 감성을 어떻게 시각적으로 표현할지 고민했습니다. 특히, 공간의 아늑함과 여행의 순간에서 느껴지는 낭만을 살리기 위해 색감을 세심히 다루려고 했습니다.
This piece is an homage to a scene from <Hotel Travel Europe> by author Park Sun-young. Before starting the work, I spent time thinking about how to visually express the unique charm of European hotels and the emotions the author captured. I paid particular attention to the use of colors to convey the coziness of the spaces and the sense of romance that comes with moments of travel.
